Charles W. Daniels Scholarship Award
CEAT members and their immediate family members may apply for one of up to three $1,000 scholarships.
Application deadline
Applications must be postmarked or emailed no later than December 11, 2026.
Eligibility requirements
- The applicant must be a CEAT member or the spouse, child, or grandchild of a CEAT member.
- The applicant must be a high school senior or college student with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
- Submit a typed, double-spaced essay of 1,000 to 2,000 words.
- Include a cover sheet with the applicant’s name, address, phone number, and the CEAT member’s name.

Define code enforcement and describe how your city would suffer without a code enforcement or code compliance division enforcing city codes and ordinances.
Award requirements
Scholarship funds must be used within 12 months of the award date and will be submitted directly to the school or institution selected by the recipient.
