Community Service Award 2027 Nomination Form
This is our 42nd year of celebrating the "Wes Castolenia Community Service Award" looking to recognize collaborative community service. We know there is great work being done in the community and we want to highlight it. No project is too big or too small if it makes a positive impact.
This award is presented annually to one recipient. The presentation of this award will take place on February 12, 2027, at the CEAT 42nd Annual Business and Education Conference in Wichita Falls, TX.
Important Deadline
The Nomination Form must be postmarked and marked confidential no later than December 18, 2026.
Guidelines for Submitting
Make sure all information is accurate and complete.
- Submit a letter (no more than three pages) with a description of the project(s) that have been performed or from those who have been directly affected by this nominee's service.
- Who are the collaborative partners involved: (Names of individuals, Organizations, address, phone, email.)
- What was the collaborative effort? What needs or issues were addressed? How did they accomplish this goal? Why do you think it was successful? Attach clips or photographs of before and after project(s).
Contributions must be voluntary but can be related to a matter in which the individual or group has expertise through training, work experience or education.
